Agr. of Bolivia, Society of Engineers of Bolivia (SIB) and agricultural engineers of USA. Professor of Hydraulics and Irrigation at Univ. UMSS Cbba, J.S. Saracho de Tarija and UAGRM de Sta. Cruz. 51 years of Experience in Water Resources, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Irrigation, Drainage and Environment, Honduras expert in Irrigation of FAO 1974/75, Bolivia : Drainage System of La Angostura – Cbba, Public Works Committee of Sta. Cruz, CORDECRUZ, Multiple water projects: San Jacinto en Tarija, Misicuni en Cbba, Rositas en Sta. Cruz (Abapó-Izozog- CORGEPAI. Provide consulting services in Engineering, Architecture, constructions and general services in a responsible, punctual and highly qualified manner.
